Inspired by the vietnemese style sandwhich bread Bahn Mi. Which itself its inspired by the French baguette. Its somewhere between a baguette and a hoagie.

Light and fluffy with a crunchy baguette style crunch. This breads sole intention... is to be made into a Very Big sandwhich.
