Cornflake Cookie

Thick NY style cookies, but not ... quite as big. So you can eat more than one! 

The classic Cornflake traybake! But a cookie, if you can believe it. Crunchy toasted cornflake crumb with a strawberry jam centre, speckled with shortbread.
